"Greetings from Grinchland", CAZZURILLO's new album is dedicated to her hometown, Milan, fashion capital. She ironically renamed this showcase city as Grinchland.

Proclaimed DIY Artist, with voluntarily discontinuous and messy musical process, this singular performer has just completed a subjective album, which by its narrative form and quality of catchy songs reveals a bold revolt.

The eleven tracks on the album tell brief of life in her city of origin, the restless elite, the hysterical glamour. CAZZURILLO conveys her raw sense of exclusion and the solitude towards the careerism, the easy money and the hypocrisy of the golden city.

She sets herself aside in a corner, leaves her emerged memories in a sound layer cake resulting from an obsessive cut and paste, overdubbing and mixing accompanied with slowly melancholic voices.

All songs were composed and arranged by CAZZURILLO with the precious collaboration of some guests as BEPPE MONDINI, MARCO MENARDI (RE BELUGA), ROBERTO MAGGIONI (RAUBAUS), GABRIEL MARZI.

The album was recorded and mixed in a home studio and completed later on at Bunker Studio in collaboration with ANDREA ROVACCHI (JULIE'S HAIRCUT).

"Greetings from Grinchland", le nouvel album de CAZZURILLO, est dédié à sa ville natale, Milan capitale de la mode, rebaptisé ici ironiquement cette ville-vitrine en Grinchland.

Artiste DIY proclamée, à l'activité musicale volontairement discontinue et chaotique, cette performeuse singulière vient de terminer un album subjectif, qui par sa forme narrative et la qualité des morceaux catchy révèle une révolte hardie.

Les onze titres de l'album racontent des brèves de vie dans sa ville d'origine à la mondanité étouffante et au glamour "hyperficiel". CAZZURILLO nous transmet son sentiment brut d'exclusion et de solitude face à l'arrivisme, l'argent facile et l'hypocrisie de la métropole dorée.

Elle se retire dans un coin, laisse ses souvenirs émergés dans un mille-feuille sonore résultant d'un travail de montage obsessif, de re-recording et de mixages accompagnés de voix doucement mélancoliques.
Tous le morceaux ont été composés et arrangés par CAZZURILLO avec la précieuse collaboration de quelques invités comme BEPPE MONDINI, MARCO MENARDI (RE BELUGA), ROBERTO MAGGIONI (RAUBAUS), GABRIEL MARZI.

L'album a été enregistré et mixé dans un studio domestique puis retravaillé par la suite au Bunker Studio avec la collaboration de ANDREA ROVACCHI (JULIE'S HAIRCUT).
